For CNEs that will expire 12/15/08, you must submit a new application using the “Create a new application” link below. Applications previously submitted are not accessible.

Ecology has provided this step-by-step procedure for you to electronically submit an application for a Conditional No Exposure Certificate. Items with an asterisk (*) are required and must be filled before the application can be considered complete. HELP is available and you are encouraged to use it. Each data entry item has additional information to help you determine what information is required. Click on Help Window and a pop-up help window will appear. You can also email a question to Ecology. At any time you can save your work and come back to it any time within 7 days.

Your application for a Conditional No Exposure Certificate will be processed by one of our storm water specialists. If you do not receive notification from Ecology, your certificate is effective 70 (seventy) days from the date of submittal. Please print out the completed application and sign it. The signed application must be kept at the site but does not need to be mailed to Ecology.
