Perma-Fix Northwest Richland, Inc. has proposed changes for its mixed waste permit. Perma-Fix Northwest, is a waste treatment facility specializing in treating low-level and mixed low-level waste, mostly from Hanford. Perma-Fix proposes to install an evaporation system to treat liquid mixed wastes.
