• Archaeological Excavation Permit: Excavating, altering, defacing, or removing archaeological objects or resources or Native Indian graves, cairns or glyptic records, or non-Indian historic cemeteries.
• Section 106 Review: The application for federal funding, including funding passed through a state or local agency, a federal permit, license of use of federal lands.
